Being lead singer and bassist in a successful, UK band, Sheila later spread her wings and toured the Middle East, playing Country and Rock to US Armed Forces. Another long-standing band had her performing nightly on "Carnival" Cruise Ships. Still on ships, she went 'solo' in 1998.
